Who is Jenna Talleda?
Jenna has been a Registered Dietitian for 13 years and began to specialize in Intuitive Eating 3 years ago. She has had her own history with having a poor relationship with food, yo-yo dieting, poor body image, not to mention years of trying to help clients with trying to lose weight and keep it off without success. Once she found IE, everything finally made sense with why food rules and attempts to take up less space didn't work, so she decided to become a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor to help others find peace with food and their bodies as well. Jenna's counseling style is gentle, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. It is her passion to care and help others on their IE journeys!
